She seemed to be transferring data from one computer to another or from documents to a computer. I don't know why I needed to sit and watch her for 45 minutes last Friday. Then we did it again on Saturday morning. I'm not sure Alexis was to blame. I think your system dictates to her what she must do and how much of my time she needs to waste. I don't know how many cars you sell each day but if you waste every client's time as you wasted mine, then you are making a lot of clients angry. I have no problem with your sales or your service (I've been coming to Southgate for many years) but I will not recommend you to friends who I wish to keep. More

Brian Ellis - Excellent Service I stopped in to ask about a part. I was going to go to a smaller mechanic thinking I was saving money. The parts person connected me with an informed I stopped in to ask about a part. I was going to go to a smaller mechanic thinking I was saving money. The parts person connected me with an informed man who connected me to Brian. Within 20 minutes my Yukon was lifted and I was being shown the issue to ensure I got the right part. I was then told I could have it fixed right away. Another small but significant mistake by this other mechanic was revealed and fixed as well. In the end I was on my way in a very short time and Very well educated and informed of my vehicle needs. I used to fear the dealership but don’t after the kindness Brian and his team showed me. More
