Shopping around for a new vehicle I could easily enter and exit with back condition. Tyler show me EXACTLY what I said I wanted..not what he wanted to sell me. AND once I saw what I wanted..I had a fixed set over low and high prices I would consider. Ended up paying LESS than my lowest figure..ALL IN. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy..or which car...OR colour. I have the perfect car. Fantastic experience. I have had new car experience that have not been brushed off by any of the staff and the service department has taken a lot of time to explain and teach me about features I knew nothing about. Would I recommend Harris Mazda??? I have and will 100% More

Very happy with my used car purchase and how Brent and Dylan handled the whole process with patience and diligence . We were initially greeted by Jarrett at the dealership. We were browsing for another vehicle, and found Jarrett to be extremely helpful, not at all pushy. Everything at the dealership is on sight and accessible with regards to Finance, Warranties, and Insurance. ALL the employees at Harris Nanaimo were polite, and helpful. I can say unequivocally that my purchase of a new 2024 Mazda CX5 from Harris was the friendly, unhurried and most pleasant that I have experienced from an Automobile Dealership. On arrival and by appointment, I was met by Sales Advisor, Tyler. Smartly dressed and with a big welcoming smile. I had travelled to Harris Mazda to view and test drive a particular Mazda model, but although a brilliant vehicle, was a little on the small side for me. With Tyler's unhurried assistance, I progressed to test driving the Mazda CX5 and was immediately impressed. Tyler introduced me to his Manager, Brent. Although the CX5 was stretching my budget, Brent and I managed to work out a purchase deal that was satisfactory to each of us and the purchase of my new CX5 was completed. From the time until I entered Harris Mazda in Nanaimo, until the completion of sale, I was impressed by the courtesy and knowledge of Tyler and the unhurried understanding of Brent, the Sales Manager.
