I was so pleased that Brendan was sensitive enough to ease me back into the driver's seat when I was comfotable enough to do so. Working sith Michael Sore was also a positive experience or as positive as it can be when a bank draft is to be delivered. The warranty and options for add ons was explained to me in a manner that was easily understood and questions were answered.. As a female buying a vehicle, I particularly appreciated not being talked down to either by the sales or management staff.. . Likewise, I was given a great orientation to my new Ford Escape SL.
