My Jeep was only supported to be in the shop for repair for only 1 day lack of communication from the Service associate Candce Kostial. I had to call her she didn't tell me the problem or issue to make me for only 1 day lack of communication from the Service associate Candce Kostial. The first time I picked my Jeep up I didn't make it down the street something was wrong with my Jeep the light was on, the gas cap too and it was hesitating to move, So I took my Jeep back had paid move different diagnosis that evening, but bragged about giving me loaner. I spent over $1984.57 and still couldn't give us the right diagnosis. Over the last 3 years, We have spent over $7000 with this Jeep Company on service not getting the correct answer to be treated unfairly is terrible. Then say come back later and pay 1500 for the engine mounts. I don't have faith or trust in this service department. Consultants Candace Kostial 6567 communication is horrible. More
