Brandon Lokey was the sales manager who made sure all my questions were answered thoroughly and was very accommodating with my rigid schedule. Codie, Brandon and the staff even stayed after hours each day I was there to ensure my satisfaction. The service didn’t stop there. Codie and staff ensured the car was thoroughly serviced and washed before I took it home. During the test drive, everything felt perfect, but after driving home, I noticed a thumping noise and discovered a nail in one of the tires. I reached out to Pacifico Hyundai, and they didn't hesitate to help. They not only replaced two tires but also rebalanced the tires and bearings which fixed the thumping noise.
