People there go out of their way to make sure you have all your questions answered ( I was new to BMW.). Also they were very patient when I changed my mind on which car I was interested in several times, all your questions answered ( I was new to BMW.). Also they were very patient when I changed my mind on which car I was interested in several times, and when we finally found the perfect car they had it shipped in the next day from several states away (my guess .. it was in South Carolina). I have had 10 new cars in my life and this one is my favorite. The comfort is unmatched and it’s sporty also. More

Always a great experience visiting bmw of Silverspring. I have 2 bmw vehicles that i take there. Brandi Rogers has been my service advisor for the past almost 7 years and have always been exceptional with I have 2 bmw vehicles that i take there. Brandi Rogers has been my service advisor for the past almost 7 years and have always been exceptional with her recommendations along with explaining any queries regarding the repairs the cars need. She makes sure service is done on time and gives the best price. I feel at ease visiting the center knowing I'd be taken care of due to her professionalism and courteous attitude. More

I bought my BMW 8 years ago. I still remember the service we received from the sales person. He took his time to help us find the perfect car for my family. I enjoy the service I receive every time I walk into the dealership. Brandy has been my service advisor for so many years. She never changed her attitude always positive and good vibe. I love seeing her when I walk into the service department. She always asks the right questions and offers all the necessary services that my car needs. She never tries to sell me any services I don’t need. She always remembers to ask about my family and my parents and relates easily. She makes sure that I am comfortable if I am waiting for my car or makes sure I get a loner to utilise my time as a busy mom. I have been to other dealerships but I never experienced this level of service out of any other dealership (including other BWM dealerships) I really appreciate your customer service Brandy! Keep up the good work. It means a lot to your customers and adds a lot of value to the dealership since people always want to bring back business. Have a great day! More

Dave Strassman has been my client advisor for a decade now, and I trust him with some of the most important decisions I've ever made about my car. He is knowledgeable and really looks out for me. As I was now, and I trust him with some of the most important decisions I've ever made about my car. He is knowledgeable and really looks out for me. As I was considering my lease buyout he carefully walked me through the options and steered me in the right direction. When it came to purchase day, Gen Awanohara did a fantastic job. Gen provided me all the information I needed to make warranty decisions ahead of time, allowing me the chance to run numbers and think through my decisions. When it came to do the paperwork he was organized, on top of things, and efficient. He also steered me in the right direction for the warranty based on my driving habits and what made the most sense for my situation. I highly recommend them both! More
