My wife and i came in to look at available used vehicles and were almost immediately greeted by a warm welcoming smile. Chloe asked what we were looking for and we gave her a tall order to fulfill and she d and were almost immediately greeted by a warm welcoming smile. Chloe asked what we were looking for and we gave her a tall order to fulfill and she delivered. Chloe was super fun, energetic and an absolute joy to deal with. We didn't feel pressured into a sale like some dealerships, instead, we were treated like family/friends and they made sure we were happy every step of the way. the whole process was easy and as streamlined as they could make it. The whole team at Hyundai Grande Prairie was awesome. My only complaint is that i can only give a 5 stars review as they deserve 10! We WILL be a returning customer after this experience and highly recommend. Thanks team! More

After visiting several dealerships in Calgary and leaving disappointed we took the change to message Grande Prairie Hyundai about a Red Santa Fe listed online. From the first message, Kyle Farquhar demon disappointed we took the change to message Grande Prairie Hyundai about a Red Santa Fe listed online. From the first message, Kyle Farquhar demonstrated his professionalism and sales expertise. He provided a full video tour of the car and answered all of our questions. Stopping in to view it from Calgary was not really an option. The entire process of reviewing the purchase details remotely, flying in to GP and finalizing the purchase was easier then test driving vehicles at several of the local dealerships. I look forward to recommending Kyle and his team to our friends. More
