It was also a very efficient transaction. In about 2 hours we bought, signed the paperwork, licensed and insured the vehicle - the bank was even across the street so it was very easy. We arrived at 4pm and we were out the door a little after 6pm - they even kept the dealership open a little later for us to get all the paperwork done. I know a good deal when I see one. Dave did a great job of giving us the important information about the new truck and offering advice about using the technology package. We did not lose any time at the dealership and we were able to quickly return to enjoying our vacation weekend in Toronto. Because it was near closing time for the MTO, Dave went there himself to get it licensed and Brad took the new Lariat over to the detailing centre. Dave and Brad even bought us an anniversary dinner. Even with all the delays, The Team's effort made it possible I was referred to the this dealer by my colleague who had previously purchased a vehicle from here. the Sales Specialist ""Vivian"" did all her best t I was referred to the this dealer by my colleague who had previously purchased a vehicle from here. the Sales Specialist ""Vivian"" did all her best to provide the best customer service experience and helped me to place my order for my vehicle. a month or so later the Sales Specialist changed jobs and was no longer working there. when I called to check on why there was a delay in delivering the car; ""Brad Cruickshank"" the Sales Manager took the initiative himself to follow up on my vehicle, he kept me in the loop, provided me periodical updates and did not hand over my case to any sales person until my car arrived to the dealership. He then called me, showed me the car, and then handed it over to the sales person ""Chevon Jackson"" to complete the paper work. Chevon completed the paper work and had my car ready in a very short amount of time. He did his very best and stayed after working hours to deliver the car and meet my schedule. I highly recommend this dealership. More

That for fun looking around had us buying a car from him 2 hours later. This as a result of his personal overall knowledge of the Ford products and his genuine display of interest in us being totally happy with whatever make of car we bought. Owning a number of other makes, including 2 Mercedes, I can honestly say the comfort and care we received at all times by the staff at Erinwood Ford was like nothing we have experienced before.
