From the moment I entered the dealership I was quickly greeted and ask the nature of my visit. Being mindful of my time. In these uncommon pandemic times, needless to say, my transaction was not traditional. I waited for over a year. At times I was very frustrated and angry at the process. In addition there was a time where my emotions got the better of me and as a result retargetted my anger towards my salesperson and lost confidence in him. Went in directly to the dealership and was thoroughly and patiently explained that unfortunately this delay was a common ordeal but to stay calm and patient. I was not spoken at, instead I was spoken to with respect and understanding, thanks Brad. Fast forward, my salesperson Martin, did an exceptional job not just selling me a great truck but being mindful of my experience and understanding me. I had lost focus and understanding of my own and thinking that "I" was the only going through this, that "I" was the only one whose truck delivery was delayed. Nevertheless, Martin stepped up in a huge way and made my truck delivery experience an unforgettable day. As a result, I have no hesitation in recommending Martin, and the entire team at Erinwood Ford for their stellar customer service and client experience satisfaction. Coming from a European brand I was skeptical switching over to a domestic brand such as Ford. Thus far, I have no regrets and am glad I made the switch. Thank you Team. More
