He listened to what I wanted and told me to be a little patient because some new RAV4’s would be arriving soon. He said he’d keep me posted, and he did! He genuinely cares about his clients. When I arrived to buy the car, he had all the paperwork ready! He made the entire process enjoyable from the first time I walked in the door, to driving away in my new car. THANK YOU BOB! I also want to sing the praises of Justin. When you’re not use to using an app to set up your car…..you need all the extra help you can get! Justin is SO patient and makes sure you understand how everything in your new car operates. At first I thought I was going to have to take him home with me because there was so much to learn! By the time he was done going through the car with me, I drove away with confidence. He is an asset to Toyota of Des Moines!
