The service department are very responsive and try to accommodate and manage requests. This is my second Audi and I have a third one on order. While the staff have changed at the dealership, the ownersh accommodate and manage requests. This is my second Audi and I have a third one on order. While the staff have changed at the dealership, the ownership remains local, which is very important to me as the is institutional memory at the dealership as well as recognition of customer loyalty.
