What was a simple mistake by the service department turned into a two month battle with Audi Canada and London Audi. The arrogance of "We don't make mistakes" should never come out of someone's mouth. turned into a two month battle with Audi Canada and London Audi. Humans make mistakes all the time, how they are dealt with though is what matters. deny deny deny is not the right way. Lucky for London Audi they have people like Dustin R and Kevin D on their staff that are working towards salvaging a customer. We have two more pre-paid services remaining at London Audi, those will determine if this is our first or last Audi purchased. A word of caution though Audi Canada finds it an acceptable burn rate of oil is 7.5 litres per oil change. They find it acceptable to burn more oil than your motor can hold during the course of the 15,000km oil change interval. When an oil change costs $260 I don’t find it acceptable to have to pay another $110 it top up oil just to make it to the next service interval. More

Unfortunately, my experience was not the greatest in dealing with Audi in London Ont. I brought my S5 to Audi do to an insurance claim. I found the whole experience frustrating as they must lack the kno dealing with Audi in London Ont. I brought my S5 to Audi do to an insurance claim. I found the whole experience frustrating as they must lack the knowledge in how to assess damages from the accident. The service advisor hears your concerns, but truly does not listen to you. It caused me nothing but headaches and unnecessary drama with the insurance company. It was a very simple request..."base your estimate on the appraisers estimate". Seems simple right? It was anything but simple, but I digress. I have received my car back now only to discover another problem that was not there prior to the car being repaired. The same day I picked it up a "Coolant system fault, turn off engine" the temp gauge shot up and the cooling fans went in to over-drive. Coincidence? perhaps...but on the same day??? I will no longer be bringing my Audi to that dealership in the future. This review is based on facts not emotions, but truly think twice before ever bringing your car here if it ever gets involved in an accident. In hindsight, I should have taken it somewhere else.
