I purchased my vehicle at Lockwood nearly 3 years ago and the sales team at that time were nothing short of amazing! We all know the true test is after the "sale". I felt it was important to share with tho the sales team at that time were nothing short of amazing! We all know the true test is after the "sale". I felt it was important to share with those of you who are on line car shopping, doing your homework ahead of making that big purchase that the "after the sale" service is just as great as the buying process! I have complete faith and confidence in the service team at Lockwood. Easy to book an appointment, the service manager and licensed tech have taken the time to explain any issues or made suggestions to me pertaining to the care/maintenance of my vehicle and they've treated me with kindness and respect. There are 3 other Kia dealerships that are much closer to my residence, but this kind of customer care can only be found in Oakville at Lockwood Kia. Well done! More

Hands Down the Best Service in Ontario! I can't say enough about the people at Lockwood Kia. I've switched KIA dealerships a total of 4 times and finally and thankfully found this dealership I can't say enough about the people at Lockwood Kia. I've switched KIA dealerships a total of 4 times and finally and thankfully found this dealership. Friendly, experienced, funny, and just all around good people found at Lockwood. My Service Advisor Mr. Giulio Michetti,really takes the time to ensure that all of my car and my needs are met as a customer. The former Service Advisor Jake was also awesome but he has since moved over to the selling side--I'm so glad that I found them. I now live in Ottawa and still make the trip back to Oakville because I think their service is stellar and I want my car to be serviced by the best.
