I was comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off the lot a few days later. It was quick and easy to work out which vehicle would be right for me, and what kind of pricing and financing plan would suit my budget. Mr Arnold Cabalza was very helpful in making this happen; very knowledgable in the vehicles and plans available, very organized with my information, and prompt in returning my calls and e-mails. Buying this car was actually a pleasant experience; which can't always be said when purchasing a vehicle. I never felt rushed or pressured. This was also the first time I've ever had the owner of a dealership make time to come greet me and give me a bit of the dealership's story; Mr Benjamin Leung did so, which I appreciated greatly. Ms Heather Black in financing was also patient and helpful with me while we sealed the deal, so to speak. Lastly, I appreciate them going the extra mile to get my new car to me when I needed it, even though it required a little administrative magic. Overall, Toronto Hyundai packed a lot of value into a new vehicle for a musician on a budget, and their commitment to service is obvious. Happy to have purchased here. More
