2015 Dodge Grand Caravan I live in rural Eastern Ontario. I went to my local dealership to test drive and get some information on the new Caravans. We owned a 2010 with almost I live in rural Eastern Ontario. I went to my local dealership to test drive and get some information on the new Caravans. We owned a 2010 with almost 150,00 km and were looking at upgrading. Before I went to my local dealership I looked at the Peel website. The advertised price for the van I was looking at locally was listed over $4000 less at Peel. I went to the local dealership and test drove the van there. When I showed the salesman the Peel price for the same vehicle he said "We can't touch that. They must have hidden fees." I called Peel that night and spoke with Rocco. He confirmed that there were no extra fees, just the price plus tax. Rocco then gave me his cell number and said I could call or text him any time. He was professional and extremely friendly during our conversation. I had a few more questions and Rocco answered them quickly and to my satisfaction. I put down my deposit the next morning. Rocco told me Bond would contact me to discuss financing. I thought "Oh, great, this is where they'll try to sell me something". Bond calls and says, "Hi Andrew, I think we can get you a better interest rate. Are you interested?". Bond then proceeds to get me qualified for 0% financing without me even asking this of him. Amazing! On the day I picked up the van, everything was smooth. The price and financing was exactly what we discussed. No hidden fees. No extras. Nothing. Rocco, Bond, and everyone at Peel Chrysler were amazing and level of customer service at this dealership is as unbelievable as their prices. I thought this deal was too good to be true but I'm glad I was wrong. With the lower price and interest rate I saved about $7000 compared to my local dealership. We love our new van!!! If you are interested in a new Chrysler vehicle, call Peel and ask for Rocco. You'll be glad you did!!! More

On paper they gave me 14159 truck listed out at 55000 was supposed to get dealer discounts and incentives that went out the window the truck ended up be 20000 more than expected when I took delivery the sales man rushed through everything from signing the paper work to handing me the keys and getting me off the lot as fast as possible. For a brand new truck the interior was cleaned at all they pulled the plastic off through a paper mat on the floor the dash has lots of manufacturing debris . the instrument cluster is smeared and cloudy (must have used a used cloth) In short no can screw you like Peel Chrysler Never going back wish I would have went some where else..
