Juan is always straight to the point, gives me all the information I need and is 100% transparent with the requirements for leasing my vehicles. Ashley Rivera is sweet, kind and attentive. She provided support when needed and in a timely and expeditious manner. Adonis Melenciano was very professional, articulate, knowledgeable and was able to address any questions or concerns I had regarding financing. Leslie Dedona in the service department assisted me when I needed an issue resolved with the new vehicle. She is 100 % service orientated and always followup to keep me informed about the status of my service. I witnessed how she serviced other customers and was impressed by her mannerism, kindness, efficiency and professionalism. I am always satisfied with the service and deals I receive, and always walking out with a smile. The service, kindness and professionalism is commendable. Everyone was bery nice, but the only thing I did not not like was that they did not give my fiancé a test drive, nor did they tell him the color oft the car. Once we signed off on the papers they took him like was that they did not give my fiancé a test drive, nor did they tell him the color oft the car. Once we signed off on the papers they took him to the lot to pick up the car & leave it was already 8:30pm-9pm so we couldn’t see if there were any underlying damages to the body the next day we found some scratches. Took the car in the next day & Leslue told me car is sold as is, no one said that during the sales. By the way Leslie was rude, she was arguing with coworkers in front of me at her desk& the other people waiting. Very unprofessional u have been in customer service 35 years & I could never treat coworkers like that. Ashley Rivera beautiful person she really did her best to get us the car thank you Ashley & Pedro P very nice & explain all to us. More
