This place is races, got 2023 took in to get oil change leave and right after leaving car is running hot, they did come pickup and fixed radiator only had car 3weeks. We called spoke to Shelly Rocky and the Main manager conversation got so bad Rocky and the manager gets into a bad argument over the phone and 2 guys on phone called my boyfriend a xxxxxx twice. When at end of day all we wanted was car to be fixed. Africa Americans stay away too man other car lots to be treated and called a xxxxxx not once but twice ALL they want is our little money we have and get us out the door More

Absolute worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Customer service is appalling and the communication is next to none. After running my credit with double the lenders we were told they also failed to Customer service is appalling and the communication is next to none. After running my credit with double the lenders we were told they also failed to tell us that we were actually approved with several other lenders then what they chose. Had our vehicle not even 3 weeks and already had to take it into the shop.. where it still sits. They have had it just as long if not longer then we have. Naturally we have heard run around after run around.. because this is what they do. I will never do business with any Patriot dealership and no worries about recommendations. I'm furious with how this place conducts themselves and business. More
