The sales department is wonderful, the service department is as bad as the sales department is good. I purchased my Atlas 3 weeks ago and the gas cap was installed incorrectly leading my check engine light t is as bad as the sales department is good. I purchased my Atlas 3 weeks ago and the gas cap was installed incorrectly leading my check engine light to come on. I purchased this car sooner than planned specifically to use it for a family trip where I needed the extra seats. I brought the car in with hopes they would at least look at it with some priority since it was only a week old. Major, who checks cars in and had been obnoxious and arrogant when I had dropped off my previous car for service said they could not do anything without an appointment but they had availability the following week when I would be gone. I begrudgingly took an 8 AM appointment when I got back and risked driving it. When I arrived with the car, I was told I could wait, probably an hour to 75 minutes for a diagnosis. I decided to go to work. Almost 2.5 hours elapsed before they even looked at the car and if it wasn't for me hounding them, it likely would have been longer. When I questioned Major about the time to even begin diagnosing he made an excuse rather obnoxiously that the previous appointments had run long. So basically in the first 30 minutes of the day they were 2 hours behind. Having been so adamant about appointments, I find it quite offensive that they did not look at the car until 2.5 hours after my appointment time. Ado the service director was unwilling to take any accountability for the behavior of his team. More

We live 1 hour and 15 minutes away from this dealership, but worked with David Turner through the online sales to come to an agreeable price before stopping in. When we walked in we were politely greeted and directed to George Pashkovskyi who took care of us through the entire purchase process. There was no need to have to renegotiate the agreed to online price and we never felt pressured into buying anything we didn't want. George was very knowledgeable on how to use all the features in the car and went over in detail to make sure both my wife and I understood them all. We were pleased with the entire staff that we worked with from George, David, and Arek and would definitely consider coming back for another VW. More
