I was very impressed with Amber in the sales department. Her customer service was outstanding! However I cannot say the same about the service department. I purchased a Honda Civic and right after that it h Her customer service was outstanding! However I cannot say the same about the service department. I purchased a Honda Civic and right after that it had a mechanical problem. Honda should have covered that repair being so close to the date that I bought it. I had to ultimately use the Platinum warranty that I purchased which was very expensive. Unfortunately it proved to be more about denying coverage and charging deductibles. I’m up to $500! In addition to this I had to repeatedly call the service department before my calls were returned. I wish I never purchased a car from this dealership. More
