Service representative was rude when I was explaining an issue with my vehicle. Noise was hard to explain and she was not very helpful. She looked at me like I was crazy. I usually have good experience wh issue with my vehicle. Noise was hard to explain and she was not very helpful. She looked at me like I was crazy. I usually have good experience when explaining an issue with a vehicle. Also said I was only booked for an oil change not diagnostic. Like it was a hassle. My husband came in week before and also had a bad experience. He was told they could not get a part for his car so he ordered the part himself and brought it in and then they didn't end up using the part. The issue could have been fixed when he originally brought the car in for maintenance. Loose confidence in service department. More

Took my 18 crosstrek in for recall repair. Prompt scheduling, responsive and professional staff, clean facility, etc. Not only did they promptly perform the recall repairs they put my car thro Prompt scheduling, responsive and professional staff, clean facility, etc. Not only did they promptly perform the recall repairs they put my car through a car wash, and did a multi point inspection for free. Completely unexpected but very appreciated. I will be returning in the future for maintenance. More
