He was able to answer our questions, and if he didn't know the answer, was happy to investigate other sources, and get us a response. He was friendly and not pushy, giving us a feeling of being listened to and being attended to with an honest intent to have us as future purchasers. We also dealt with Justin, who helped us close the deal. He too was very professional and genuine. He was very knowledgeable and available to assist in any way he could. Matt was the financial person who finished the car purchasing deal. He made the whole process painless and efficient. Having had a rather poor experience at a different dealership in the past, this experience was far better and would tend to have us investigate this dealership's products in the future. More
