We brought our 2017 Escalade in to have the Navigation system/radio/phone taken care of. After almost $1200 we still have the same problem. Locking up. So you said it needed a software up grade. We left to come back to Florida a couple of days later. We will be back in NY mid May 2025. Lets see if you can get it right then. More

Clean dealership excellent communication skills by the service managers that I observed talking to other customers while I was there and myself. I drove 135 miles each way to this dealership because I was service managers that I observed talking to other customers while I was there and myself. I drove 135 miles each way to this dealership because I was not happy with the other dealerships closer to my house and it was worth the trip even though it took me two and a half hours to get there and drive another two and a half back home. The repair to my car was done in a timely manner as I was waiting for it to be done. Very happy overall with this dealership and the people that I was in contact with More

I bought my 2024 Cadillac XT4 to Otto 5 times so far and each time gets worse. I have to show TSB's to Otto. My last trip was for 2 hour software update which i was not told how long it would take. I showed each time gets worse. I have to show TSB's to Otto. My last trip was for 2 hour software update which i was not told how long it would take. I showed the service writer a picture of my dash , infotainment screen was a solid blue but what upset me the speedometer was blank as I was driving the thruway. It did correct itself after I was able to pull off and turned the car off and on. There was no concern from Otto. I am a long time GM customer and expect better. More
