I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and waited over two hours which is ridiculous. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment ahead of time when I could just walk in and wai rotation and waited over two hours which is ridiculous. Dealership is close to home. They give you a call when they find out what the problem is and give you the option to take it somewhere else to have the work done. We found the dealership to be very helpful in our search for a new car. Our salesman Matthew was a great help and once we bought the car, he kept us informed of the issue with the chip and he was very knowl for a new car.
