They took their time to show us the RAVA 2021 on 7/26 they couldn’t find the key and ended up showing us a different RAVA 2021. We returned on 7/28 to check the RAVA 2021. The purchase and finance proces they couldn’t find the key and ended up showing us a different RAVA 2021. We returned on 7/28 to check the RAVA 2021. The purchase and finance process took over 3 hours on 7/28. The process needs improvement. The customers don’t have a lot of time to be in a dealership. The time of the customer is very valuable and should be respected. The salesman was approachable and explained the sale to us. His computer was very slow. I am expecting to return for service and hopefully the service staff will be customer oriented. More
