Adam Shi my sales representative was very knowledgeable and very patient, even when I requested for multiple changes in the quotes multiple times - yeah multipleXmultiple. I literally took close 6 quotes to find which options work out the best and Adam is a gem of person to entertain these requests and understand the excitement of a first time premium BMW purchaser. So if you are looking for a new car from this dealer you know whom to approach! Similarly, Adam's boss Steve and then our Business Manager Jason were very helpful and pleasant, The car delivery expert Colin was fun to work with on understanding the technical features and he actually got a small doll for our little one when explaining these features - things like these make all the difference in the customer experience. All in all a very good experience - though they might add a few freebies :p (now I am getting greedy!) I believe these guys that attended my case should get 6* ratings! More
