I'm lucky to call Vergennes home, with a peaceful retreat in Swanton where I love to fish on Lake Champlain. During the 2-3 month process of ordering and picking up our car, Adam Safford kept us well updated with good communication via texts and emails. The customer service was SUPERB on pickup day. I was shocked at how much time Adam spent with us in the car to explain every feature and answer our questions. it was so appreciated since the last Toyota we purchased was in 2009!! More
