Took care of every detail and went over above the call. When I picked up my vehicle it was detailed and looking like a million bucks and even had armour all on the tires and a full tank of gas. And that means a lot when getting a new vehicle. Everything was taken care of and adam broome made my transfer from my former vehicle to this new one with zero issues and even thew in a washer fluid. It's the little things that add up for excellent customer service. This was my second time dealing with the Loan Arranger and both times were a great experience. The first car I got from them was a Kia Forta and it was a great car (no problems at all). This time I got a 2014 Dodge Journey. So Far it's amazing. Dealing with Adam was great! He was very personable and honest.
