It was an excellent experience at Parkview BMW for us. We were looking for an X3 and zeroed down on one from Parkview. Amin contacted us very quickly and set us up with an appointment. Upon reaching, Amin showed us some more variant of the model and helped us to find a better option. He is knowledgeable and knows the need of the customers and suggests accordingly. Adam set us up with a good deal on the car and even got us a good offer with the trade-in. The cherry on top was the home delivery of the car at Waterloo. We actually finalized the deal on the same day. Amin dropped the vehicle and did a walkthrough of the car with me on the delivery date. We found the people at Parkview very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was an awesome experience with Amin, Adam, and Ali and we will definitely be back here with our future BMW needs. The manager asked if I need help, and he showed me around. I was very impressed with the way he addressed me. Very professional! I sat in the car for a long time to get the feel of it. Then he came and we talked about the cost. Simply, he made the process very smooth and I ending up making the deposit that night! I my excitement I forgot about trading in my old jetta. I called the day of the pickup and he made the accommodations. This was a big relief. On the pickup day, they walked me through all the features, making sure I was okay with each feature. The business manager was just as good. He made the process very smooth. This dealership has the friendliest staff, that will go all out to fulfill your needs. More
