Westside provided the best test drive and truly lived up the the Lexus slogan of "Expereince Amazing". I was shown not only what I was interested in, but similar alternatives which I ended up choosing. In the the Lexus slogan of "Expereince Amazing". I was shown not only what I was interested in, but similar alternatives which I ended up choosing. In addition The approach of not being aggressive or dismissive was well recieved. Unfortunately this is where amazing ends. The car arrived weeks ealier than expected, which could have been fine, if this was communicated ealier as promised i.e when en route/on the ship. Due to this lack of communciation the sale fell thru because Fianace could not get themselves together, loosing my application, advising a week later despite having told them when I submitted it, not calling or if they did not leaving any messages. Who does this in 2025? Surely we all know that people are unlikey to pickup numbers they don't know. Anyways, the process of providing rates was a mess and unorganized. Why call me multiple times instead of working out a few scenarios beforehand? Spoke with sales at 3/4pm confirming finalizing the deal the next morning. I was texted an hour later saying Westide would not hold the car over night. Aggravated at the lack of accommodation that they, Westside created, I requested a refund which is yet to be returned three weeks later, and the check option requires I pick it up. This is ludacris and why am I chasing them? All in all the intial visit service was the best across the other dealerships of the same standing in the area. More

I recently purchased a car from WESTSIDE LEXUS and had an exceptional experience. The staff (especially salesman AJ Rueda) was incredibly courteous, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Disappointing Experience with Manuel in Finance My experience with Manuel in the finance department was disappointing and left much to be desired. Despite our salesperson's excellent service, Manuel's experience with Manuel in the finance department was disappointing and left much to be desired. Despite our salesperson's excellent service, Manuel's professionalism and attitude towards customers need significant improvement. Upon setting a price for the monthly payment, Manuel responded with a smirk and laugh, which was disrespectful and unprofessional. This behavior, coupled with a negative attitude throughout the process, made me feel undervalued as a customer. Unfortunately, due to his lack of flexibility and dismissive demeanor, no deal was closed over a mere $200 difference. I believe Manuel could benefit from additional training on customer interaction and professionalism to avoid similar experiences in the future. More
