"I serviced two Lamborghinis with this dealer lately. One came back with a large scratch on its wheel after a tire change. The other car came back with a large scratch on its body directly in the vicinity of where Work was done. Juan Galvez, platform fixed operations director, offered no help for the scratched body. This damage was well documented by the transporter and service representative I was dealing with both in writing and photos. He went on to say that the dealership does not take care of damage like this when cars are at their dealership. He stated that if they did, they would be paying thousands of dollars a month for scratches on the cars they service. I was very upset that they treated me like this, after using their service department for 25 years and purchasing from them. it was the last time."
