my review is not good. I brought my 2017 ram diesel in for some transmission codes and was in limp mode.Got it towed into dealership after I spoke to service. i phoned them a couple days later to get an update. I was told truck needed a solenoid pack in the transmission. I was told it would cost almost $2500.00 dollars for the job, trusting they were charging the normal price for this job I agreed.I checked another local Dodge Dealership to see what they would charge it was over $1000,00 less. After this I got Red Water Dodge to send me a copy of the invoice. The invoice was fine Except the price of the solenoid pack . The two possible genuine dodge soleniod packs for my truck were around $550.00 at the other local dealership.On my bill the price was $1510.00 for the part witch was not a Dodge part. It was a NAPA part almost 3 times the price of the Dodge part.Later after questioning the service manager he let it slip that Redwater Dodge owns NAPA across the road.At the end they dropped $950.00 off my bill . In the ballpark of where it should have been. How many people are not getting genuine parts on their vehicles at this dealership and not being told. Shame on Redwater Dodge.Honesty goes a long way.
