not having understand what service another people mean , telling one doing another. short - car 4 years old ,battery dies when my wife come from store in parking lot and car do not start . Jump battery, start car ,come home ,charge battery, in morning car do not start ,come to willow dealership where leasing this car, ask to check or we cover under warranty for battery -answer was yes , they give as loan car and we left, after 3 hours receive call -car ready-come to pick up they say that we do not drive car enough daily and battery was to low thery just charge same battery and we was ready to go. I really was against this nonsense, did really infinity cars need be driving daily for 2-3 hours that be sure you be able to start next morning, something is really new to me ,and if they said that to me before purchase car I be go to different brand . that what I want to let customers know - Avoid infinity Willowdale because when you get to service car or have some problem do not be surprise to hear that because you drive car just in morning yours alternator is not working right, or some even more stoopid explanations . My best advise - AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP- sorry for over departments, sales people very good , Raimond , Monica , etc but Service Department is _200 or more Minus stars,Just try another dealership ,
