Stay away from this dealership. An absolute nightmare to get hold of their finance department been waiting for documents they promise to email ( Miriam) and a call from: Leticia since feb 2026. They never returned my calls or anything, not even worth A STAR. A group of ripoff and extremely unprofessional people. I reported them to Nissan Canada. Awful after sales services and assistance. Always looking to rip you off with smile and lots of attitudes.

Terrible service. brought my Nissan in, once they "fixed it" died the next time I drove it. brought it in again and they gave me a ridiculous price just to do diagnostics. So got it towed to a different garage but Hull Nissan still charged me almost $500 for diagnostics. Was also told different things from the man on the phone and the man at the counter. Very crooked.

Subject: Disappointing Service Experience with Nissan Longueuil Dear Nissan Canada, I want to share my recent experience with the service department at Nissan Longueuil, Quebec, regarding my wife’s 2016 Nissan Juke. On June 11, 2026, I brought the vehicle in for an appointment due to a persistent issue. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. When I arrived, the service representative seemed disinterested in hearing about the specific problems I wanted to explain. Despite my attempts to communicate effectively, he dismissed my concerns, stating he needed to prioritize other tasks. He told me I have to leave fast because I have to pck up my sic kids The mechanic who examined the car displayed a similar attitude. I was informed that the only issue noted was the need for an oil solenoid replacement, based solely on the “verification” they performed without listening to my detailed account of the car’s problems. After spending $183 for this service, I left the dealership with the same check engine light on and no resolution to the ongoing issue that I had hoped to address. This service experience has prompted me to question the current direction of Nissan, especially considering past financial controversies surrounding the company Carlos Ghosn scandal ?. It appears that the focus may have shifted towards generating revenue at ANY cost rather than providing quality customer service and repair work. They were very efficient. The receptionists were all very friendly. My car was ready ontime and there were no surprises in terms of price. I paid what they said it would cost. They told me what needed to be fixed or service in the near future. Excellent service.

BEWARE!! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP – Left Us Without a Car After Taking Our Money I don’t usually write reviews, but what happened to us here is beyond unacceptable. We signed for a vehicle with Robert Chouinard and were told it “wasn’t ready yet.” Recalled, once, twice...that turned into over a month of excuses, delays, and zero accountability. No car. No real updates. Just constant runaround. Meanwhile, they took our trade-in vehicle as part of the deal, leaving us completely stuck. Let that sink in: they have our money AND our car, and we have nothing but a paper contract!!! Trying to get answers has been a nightmare. Calls not returned. Messages ignored. And when someone finally responds, it’s the same vague, shifting story with no clear timeline. Every conversation feels like you’re being brushed off or misled. It is a LEGAL SCAM! At this point, it honestly feels like once they got what they wanted from us, they stopped caring completely. The lack of communication and transparency is shocking. This has been stressful, exhausting, and financially damaging. No one should be treated like this when making such a major purchase. If you’re even thinking about buying from here, please DON’T make the same mistake we did. We won’t let this go unresolved.
