Be aware of their tactics. They want you to sign and make a deposit before the deal is done. I am in a sales and the only thing I can compare to these people is that of Timeshare sales tactics. For those of you who have been to a Timeshare presentation, you will understand. I turned around and went elsewhere and bought from someone honest and no pressure whatsoever.
