I would give zero stars if it were possible. - rmeier

I would give zero stars if it were possible. I purchased a 2019 vehicle I saw on CarGurus and was fleeced solidly. Despite repeated requests, I was never given the contract to look over in advance, and when I did signal $5,000 of unrequested and unwanted add-ons (e.g. protective film, leather seat conditioning, and a $3000 extended warranty) I was told everything would be corrected in the financing. I have never been given such a runaround, to the point that after several months, I became exhausted with pursuing them. Yes, they will smile, and yes they are friendly, but do not trust these people.

WORST service center. - Ray

WORST service center. FCA is terrible also. Can't even contact their own dealerships in a timely manner. Took over 3 months to charge my battery after initially telling it cant be charged and must be changed. Now they won't pay for rental cost after they sent me to enterprise next door and said it is covered. Jean marc the service manager should be fired.

Belle coutoisie , respect des temps et rendez-nous. - Guy

Leased a Jeep Wrangler from them in January 2023 and was - stevewilly48

Leased a Jeep Wrangler from them in January 2023 and was treated well, as I was getting closer to the end of my lease I have been dealing with Francois Richer who was trying to get me into another Jeep, unfortunately he refused to speak to me in English. I don't know if he is unable but if this is the case someone else should have handled me. On several occasions I spoke with him on the phone and a couple of face to face meetings but nothing to accommodate me as the client. I will return this Jeep tomorrow and will NOT be leasing or buying another from them. I have however bought another Jeep Wrangler from another dealer who accorded me the respect M. Richer should have and they dealt with me in my language from start to finish.

Just a few words to define this dealership. - chezvince

Just a few words to define this dealership... liars and incompetent! Around July 2025, I purchased a used RAM from this dealership. The salesperson told me it was a trade-in. The vehicle was in impeccable shape but other then the Carfax, I was unable to get from them any history from the vehicle. I asked if they did anything to the car and he insisted that they got it exactly the way he showed it to me. Well, I was able to track down the previous owner which was nice enough to tell me about the vehicle. This is when I found out that most of the thing the dealer told me were lies. The dealer gave me an inspection report stating every single points of the inspection were in perfect condition and nothing was wrong with the vehicle. As I left for a test drive I immediately found a bunch of issues which indicated on the inspection report were in perfect condition. One of the motorize mirrors was broken, motor has an exhaust leak at the manifold and the windshield was cracked. Wow, one xxxx of an inspection report! The salesperson never used a company e-mail, always his personal Hotmail address… not really professional! He told me only one FOB came with the vehicle, the owned told me he gave them 2. The dealer told me he tried to reach the previous owner to get the other FOB with no avail and the previous owner told me no one ever called him! For the SERVICE side, I can only say their vehicle inspection is a total joke, I would definitely not bring in my vehicle there for servicing. On the sales side, just lies after lies in order to sell you a vehicle. I would never buy another vehicle from them.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid having their - Derek Fudge

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid having their vehicle service by Kollbec Gatineau Chrysler Jeep. The last time I dealt with this dealerships its service technician told me the repairs I needed (replace a faulty drive shaft) were no longer under warranty (although I subsequently found out that it was covered by the powertrain warranty as my 2021 Cherokee has less than 60,000 k’s), He provided me with an outrageous verbal quote of between $4,000 to $5,000 to replace the drive shaft and then provided with a $4,500 written quote for what he said it “would cost to replace the drive shaft.” He failed to mention to me that over $2,000 of the repairs contained in the quote had nothing to do with drive shaft. For example, the quote included 10 wing nuts for my tires at a cost of $215 plus $82.46 for labour plus taxes. That’s $21.50 for each wing nut plus $8.25 to install each wing nut – beyond outrageous. One can only conclude that this was a blatant attempt to deceive and take advantage of me. Kollbec’s service adviser: • acted dishonestly and without integrity in his dealings with me. • misled me about the recommended vehicle repairs. • did not provide clear or accurate cost and repair estimates. • took advantage of my trust as a long-term Kollbec customer. • and exploited my lack of technical knowledge regarding the repairs.

Dishonest dealership - stay away Played games - Cedhead

Dishonest dealership - stay away Played games increasing the price of a used vehicle after we agreed on a lower price. And the car they’re selling has been in inventory for over 100 days - I wonder why…
