I bought a new Nissan Qashqai in 2020 from them (lease with 200km) and I noticed the AC was a bit weak but not bothering to investigate since still doing the job. This summer (2023) the AC became so weak making me sweat at max AC. Brought the car to the dealer, they said need to order parts (condenser and pipe) and meantime they added some freon to make me go till parts come in (BUT NOT signing this in the work papers). After a few delays 'till September (all summer with better AC but still weak) they got me in with parts available BUT THEY SAID the regular freon R1234YF is contaminated with R152A. I didn't add elsewhere this freon or other freon ever - so it's my word against theirs.
SO I SAID you either added before I bought the car knowingly the AC issues and added freon sealant OR added at this summer visit.
Forced me to go elsewhere to remove it (money, time and stress spent) so they finally solved it without additional charge.
BESIDES, Customer Service said it's my fault!!!
WHAT CAN I SAY ? the customer is never right!
I HOPE GOD WILL MAKE JUSTICE on this!!!
Maybe recording any call and gathering all the paper would have helped...
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!
NEVER GO THERE and maybe never buy a Nissan!
