I have been relying on O'Regans Toyota service for all my - Bill

I have been relying on O'Regans Toyota service for all my Toyota's for the last 30+ years. My most recent visit to drain and fill my CVT transmission fluid was done very efficiently and on time. Despite some suggesting I not change the fluid in my 2019 CHR with 80,000 km, based on normal driving and low mileage I was doing the change at exactly the right time. I actually feel a positive difference in the performance since the change. I did find the checking in process rather rushed although the drive through was not busy and the person there was very efficient, the service adviser was focused only on the piece of paper I carried with me from the drive through the price and the expectation that the car was going to be there for the day. I expected to be asked if there were any other concerns that should be brought forward. There was NO CONVERSATION just an apparent objective of getting the interaction over as quickly as possible.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle from - Lian R

I had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle from Laura Abbass at O’Regan’s Toyota Halifax. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. I appreciated the transparency and the time they took to make sure I understood everything before making my decision.

Terrible service dept, never going there again. - Joad

Terrible service dept, never going there again. They do not honor the service packages they sell, then they tell me this is normal Toyota required procedures.

The dealership in Amherst is amazing we bought a rav4 - Lcw60labrador

The dealership in Amherst is amazing we bought a rav4 hybrid from them it was a pleasure talking with Rob Turick. What an amazing salesman. We have never met a more knowledgeable person when buying a car. He is such a nice guy with a real easy going manner. This is our second rav 4 and Rob was so helpful in getting us the model we wanted. We sincerely hope you take the time to acknowledge Robs wonderful work for Toyota. Now we wanted the new hybrid rav4 but working out the details with Rob was actually fun and we couldn’t be happier to have him as our salesman. Thank you Toyota for making the best vehicles and thank you for staff like Rob Turick Very sincerely Lorraine Melanson Ronnie Acheson

My 2021 Tacoma TRD Sport (manual) developed an engine - Ticked off

My 2021 Tacoma TRD Sport (manual) developed an engine misfire after nearly a year of ownership from new. Under load, the valves could be heard chattering and the engine would shake while idling. It basically worked miserably, and returned 15 mpg!A little over a year later back and forth to the dealer, Anchor Toyota could not resolve the issue. Seriously? Toyota trained technicians? I contacted Toyota Canada, and I might have well just talked to a brick wall. After dealing with Toyota telephone operators, who kept referring me back to the dealership, I asked to speak to someone with some “authority”. I was contacted by Amanda Myers, who advised me that she worked in the Presidents office. (Questionable, personal opinion) After discussing my issues with the truck, the only response I received were endless scripted “I’m sorry, there’s nothing we can do”. I was advised to take the truck to another dealership at my expense! The only thing coming out of Toyota Canada mouths is what makes the grass grow green. A two year old truck under full warranty and I have to pay out of pocket? What has happened to this company? Absolutely NO customer care anymore. It’s like dealing with General Motors, maybe worse. I have posted a letter to Toyota Japan, but have yet to get a reply. Maybe the parent company can help, but I’m very doubtful. Thanks Anchor Toyota ( Steele Auto Group) and Toyota Canada for wasting my time and money. Much appreciated.
