I bought a 2009 CTS in April/2021, during the pandemic. I contacted Steele Jaguar and was answered by Mr. Ran Jin. Now...I was aunable to see the car, in person, because of the pandemic. So I relied on my observation of the car in Marketplace, from the numerous pics. So I contacted and Mr. Jin described the car to me assuring me it was in.."immaculate"...condition. That word rang in my ears and I thought he was exaggerating...but I wanted it. The price was right, Ms Cheryl Cao finalized all and she was very professional and personable. My experience was very satisfactory. Up to today it's a pleasure driving this car in the "immaculate" condition that Mr. Jin described, All this to say thank you and I will always remember that word...."IMMACULATE".... and I will have confidence in Steele Jaguar for the future
