Sales team are generally friendly. The good ones who are honest tend to leave though. Service department is horrendous. Rude, dismissive, talk down to you, blame you for everything, finds any way possible to not have your warranty cover things that should be covered. Calls are not returned in a timely manner, phones are never answered, appointments are 1-2 MONTHS out, and never any kind of squeeze ins available. My sister had to have her car towed in and it wasn't even looked at for 2 months! A family with children cant easily go with no vehicle for that long. I called 3x yesterday, left one voicemail (what's the point in leaving multiple, and I even said I have an urgent matter), they called me back today and hung up on me. Run far away from thos place! Disgusting business practices.

Poor Service. I called September 23, 2026 to book my second service for my wife's 2025 Hyundai Elantra N Series - basically an oil change and a once over. They told me that the earliest appointment available was October 27, 2026 - five weeks away. This put me five weeks past the required service to maintain my warranty. When I booked my first service appointment - just an oil change - I had to wait six weeks. The lady booking the appointment was hard to understand, barely pleasant and didn't listen well. When purchasing the car, the salesman didn't review operating features, such as BlueLink which I later learned from Hyundai, should have been done. I've never had such poor service from any other dealer I've worked with for any of my various cars in over five decades. Wouldn't recommend this dealership.

Second time going for service here. I was VERY unhappy about the service the first time in regard to the free car wash. It was nothing but a shammy that smears dirt around and scratches paint. Not impressive on a 6 month old vehicle. We returned for a service 2 today snd put in the booking-NO CAR WASH. Today picked up our pali & was very clean vehicle to start with a ton of large smears all over the doors/windows etc- very obviously from leaning on the vehicle. The drivers seat had a large crease in the side from the way someone was sitting on it and the passenger seat was basically laying down. Another big greasy lean mark on the passenger window & door. When asked about it the female ringing in shrugged. Served cec2 was suppose to be $187 and cost us $310. Will not be returning! Dealer service makes a return customer-you lost this one. xxxx poor company- no wonder we drove to NB to purchase.

We have been dealing with OSSH for many years and have always have had great service from their dealership and would recommend them highly, Thanks to Carman and Jason.

I have a warranty repair issue and waited 18 months for any service. During this period I went through 2 different service managers (first one fired) to find the second no better. I was sent for a paint job twice which wasn’t the issue, parts not ordered, calls never returned. When I finally left a message to speak to the dealerships owner I got a call from the Service manager later that day advising parts were ordered and would be installed in a week. I refused the service as I don’t trust her competency at all and advised that I would complete all my service with another dealership. So disappointing as I bought my vehicle there hoping to have local service instead on having to travel .

This dealership is great! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle there. The salesman, sales manager, service department, secretaries, etc. were all very accommodating and polite. They made me feel very comfortable. I would describe the experience as being fun. I had the option of buying a Hyundai within 30km from my home but chose to travel 160km to Thistle because of their wonderful reputation. I wasn't disappointed. Thank you, Thistle. Great job!
