Very poor sales behaviour. After completing the quote and purchasing process on the dealer-specific website (not the national site), and receiving the order confirmation, we were contacted two days later by the dealership to state that, "the order does not meet our markup standards" and they cancelled the order. Why would a business sell something on their own local website, then turn around and cancel it because they aren't making enough profit? Terrible.

We purchased a used EV. Our salesperson told us we would get a rebate. They never said with who our how the rebate was determined. As the seller, providing a link to or even the name of who provides the rebate would have been extremely appreciated so we could see beforehand if we qualified and not just be told that we would get one, which we didn't. They are the sellers, they have knowledge of the rebate, it would have been nice to know this before the purchase. So incredibly disappointed at the misleading transaction and we won't be going back there.

They lied about work done on warranty repairs, after 3rd visit I asked for paper copy of work done and was told that this was first visit for this repair and I had nothing on file. Would never buy from anything Rallye Motors again, buyer beware.
