The sales staff is friendly—no surprise there, since that’s they have to sell. However, my experience with the service team and sales management was disappointing. While they come across as friendly and appear to listen, in reality they don't take the customer’s needs into serious consideration. They tend to agree with you during conversations, but ultimately proceed with whatever they had planned all along, and in the way they want to do it. Professionalism and genuine customer care were lacking in these departments.
