We heard rattling in our vehicle, was concerned it was related to our recent visit to replace timing belt. I was incredibly worried as I wasn't sure it was still safe to operate. We immediately contacted Matteo, and provided him with a recording of the rattling; after hearing the recording Matteo hypothesized that it was the heat shield and scheduled for us to come in on short notice. Not sure how he guessed right, but that was exactly the problem and the issue was resolved in probably 30 minutes or less (pretty sure I barely finished drinking my coffee by the time it was done). Our loyalty to continue getting our car service done here is all because of Matteo, would give him a raise if I could.
