Buyers BEWARE!
We bought a vehicle with them Feb 2023. We bought a summer car and they fixed it Aug 22,2023 (summer is almost over). No communication, no response, rude sales manager Jeff Cline (yelled at me over the phone the first time talking to him).
I worked in a car industry as an F&I manager for years and I never seen a dealership (luxury brand too) running a business like this. Calling/emailing them for weeks and months with no response.
We want to return the vehicle but in this industry, customers have less power. We all know that asking for a vehicle refund is impossible.
If I can give a negative rating I will. This is unfortunate for consumers that have to deal with this situation. How many are there unrecorded and unspoken?
We get it, buying a used vehicle, you take risks but the main point here is dealing with a car dealership and employees who are not willing to help and above all not very nice (good term to call).
Review your bill of sale before signing! Walk away from a deal if you have too! Don't feel obligated to sign for a great deal, you can always find great deals for cars everywhere.
