I would not recommend Selkirk Chrysler for after sales - garryeekhoudt

I would not recommend Selkirk Chrysler for after sales service. My son took his truck there for an overheating issue and after repeated visits was left with a $3800 bill and the overheating unresolved. After a meeting with a qualified mechanic as an advocate and an accurate diagnosis of the problem (a head gasket) Selkirk Chrysler agreed to refund $1500 toward the proper repair but wouldn’t warranty the work. Needless to say he took his truck elsewhere. This may have been a one time occurrence but in my view it was not handled professionally. Best advice is to avoid this dealership for repairs.

Spent a full day vehicle shopping. Got price breakdowns on 8 vehicles from 6 dealerships. Took 4 test drives. In the end, Eastern had the best pricing and offered me the most for my trade. Tristan was excellent! He wasn't pushy, answered all my questions and didn't bother cutting down other offers/dealerships. Purely professional. Going home with a new Grand Cherokee that I'm in love with was the perfect way to end my day. John was fantastic to deal with aswell. Overall 5 stars.

Service manage went beyond to help us. We got our truck fixed the way we wanted. He didn't have to but was genuinely concerned about our problem. I would highly recommend this dealership!! And if you have a problem, don't hesitate to contact one of the managers to rectify it. Pier and Duane are awesome!! Keep up the great customer service 👍

If I could give them a -5 I would. Traded them two cars. Gave me all the lies in the world on how they wouldn’t be able to sell my car or get any money for it and then marked it up $16000 from what my trade value was. Oh but i had to pay $250 to transfer my tonneau cover after buying $120,000 truck. I traded in this car for $53000 so don’t let them scam you!

Brought in a Ram 1500 2202 Longhorn with less than 9000 km. Air conditioning needed to be fixed. Nothing. 3 weeks. Nothing. Service is crap. Go elsewhere for service.

We drove 150km to look at a used car that was posted. The car was washed and looked good when we pulled up. I looked inside and it had not been cleaned. I went to open the hood and the release wouldn't work because the cable was stretched beyond adjustment. The salesman pulled the cable with pliers to unlatch. The engine bay was filthy and the oil not changed. I asked him why and he said they only had the trade ten days ago and had no time. Went for a test drive and the battery low charge indication came on. I pointed it out to the salesman and he said they boasted it yesterday and probably needs more charging. None of the steering wheel controls were functional. They said they would look into that. By now I've lost interest in the car but was willing to negotiate for the right price. The manager offered us half the value of our trade in and that's where it ended. For an established dealership I was very disappointed and will never go back. The sad part is they don't care. By the way the car we looked at is still on their lot after six weeks. I do not recommend Chudd's Chrysler dealership.

Had a great experience at Birchwood Chrysler. G was very helpful and professional. He was always offering coffee and water anything to help us be comfortable. Ended up getting the truck I wanted for a great price. Thank you
