Write from sales to service and the mechanical staff here - lancecurrie

Write from sales to service and the mechanical staff here at the Vernon Nissan branch has been totally outstanding. We bought our car here four years ago, have dealt with them since on a few situations and they have looked after and have treated us very well. I highly recommend your next vehicle purchase through the people here at the Vernon Nissan dealershipCheers

Got a quick and fair trade value for my older vehicle. - jasonh

Got a quick and fair trade value for my older vehicle. Was quite a bit more competitive than a few other dealers we visited in the mall, asked for our business without being too pushy. We like the way they do business here.

referred a friend to them this week and they told hm the - larrymcnutt886

referred a friend to them this week and they told hm the ads on autotrader were wrong as autorader made a mistae on pricing { they probably 20 ads or more } and the ads were on all week! if autotrader made the mistake thr prices would have been adjusted on the ads. just trying to scam people that pisses me off

Long story short I was a fella in serious need of help in - Clintdossantos38

Long story short I was a fella in serious need of help in more ways than one in acquiring the perfect truck for myself and my daughter. On behalf of my daughter and myself I can honestly say there is no better person to deal with other than Michael Fenwick.

Every experience I’ve had at this dealership has been - lentils-10melanin

Every experience I’ve had at this dealership has been awful from buying a car to service. Very unprofessional, untrustworthy people with terrible customer service. I’ve spoken with others of my experience and everyone I’ve mentioned it to has also had a terrible experience. I’m astonished they are still in business and appalled that Nissan Canada allows dealerships like this to represent the brand.

The axle shaft on my Nissan Sentra 2023 has been making - Herry2024n

The axle shaft on my Nissan Sentra 2023 has been making noise when turning, and it has been getting louder day by day. It was diagnosed at the Nissan dealership back in July 2025, and they kept promising to call me back. But as of today, January 17, 2026, Nissan has done nothing but give empty promises about calling me back. Are they intentionally waiting for a serious accident to happen before they take action? I believe this is super super BAD dealer

I had an enjoyable experience at West Coast Nissan. - Joanne

I had an enjoyable experience at West Coast Nissan. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the show room and I felt welcomed. If you go there you will appreciate the size of the showroom and the outdoor car lot. Ask for Wilson. Wilson helped me purchase my new vehicle and my experience was relaxed and informative. Wilson is knowledgable, friendly and easy to talk to. He listened carefully. He customized my purchase to my needs with good time management and at a fair price. Ask for Wilson. Dealership has a friendly staff. I also met Tyler, the General Sales Manager and he is a wonderful, caring team leader.

I bought my 2018 Nissan leaf here from Peter Luke. - AlReford

I bought my 2018 Nissan leaf here from Peter Luke. it has been a great car. I recently was hit by a deer. yes the deer hit me.. the deer survived and the damage to my front end was extensive … Rick and the Nissan Seevice Center did an amazing job repairing the sensor and stuck with it even though it was a complex repai. I highly recommend Csmpus for sales and service aloha Al

Be very wary of used vehicles in particular from this - FedUpintheValley

Be very wary of used vehicles in particular from this dealership. Jackson was a reasonable sales person, but was unable to assist us in a meaningful manner when issues came up after purchase. Pleasant and compassionate though, I will say. Sam was great dealing with our final payments and finance questions. It's a shame she's only part-time there. Donald dragged us back in to refund money he shouldn't have and then made us come back to pay it again - 5 minutes later. He also tried to say it was Sam's fault - she did NOTHING wrong. The service department didn't catch a bent front wheel rim causing vibration at highway speed on the safety inspection. We paid for a secondary inspection that found the issue. At least King George Nissan did replace the rim with no argument. The internal air circulation does not seal. We have anecdotal evidence/experience as well as a mechanic stating on paper it needs further investigation/repair. Bob Venus (General Sales Manager) who was so pleasant when I complained about Donald, and conciliatory in offering an oil change/service and gas fill up, suddenly got terse and when approached about the time wasted and lack of diagnosis on site by my husband, decided to opt for gaslighting. Either the service department lied about what they did to my husband while he waited 2.5 hours with our small child, or to Bob; they took it on 2 test drives, then washed it, as well as changing the rim. Bob says they ran airflow testing at the hood and determined there's no issue. It's great driving in rush hour traffic, breathing in exhaust fumes because the system won't seal, but the dealership says I have to fork out $1300 if they deem it's not malfunctioning, when clearly it is. The dismissive tone and attitude Bob displays towards customers who aren't "easy" is entirely inappropriate. Had I read a single review before purchasing my vehicle I would have seen that the complaints about the incompetent service department and this sales manager in particular go back pre-covid. He has a track record of over promising and under delivering or simply ghosting people, particularly women, who he seems to think don't have any knowledge or experience with vehicles or sales. Being told he will "now consider the matter closed" is a big eff you to a customer you're leaving hanging. At least he's just as rude and dismissive to my husband, so maybe it's not just women, but it sure seems like there's a tendency there looking at other reviews. Additionally, I have asked 3 times for the name of the general operations manager and no one will provide it to me. They can't even be bothered to update their website to show staff - maybe because they don't want the accountability? Overall icky feeling, shoddy, disrespectful experience dealing with their General Sales Manager, and I would never refer anyone to this dealership.

From the moment we stepped into the dealership, JJ made - Maggie

From the moment we stepped into the dealership, JJ made us feel welcome, listened to what we were looking for, and guided us through every step of the process with patience, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. - zahra

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The customer service here is very weak. They were extremely welcoming at first, but only until the car was sold. After that, they stopped answering emails and any inquiries. Due to incorrect information that was their fault, I ended up paying over $3,000 more than I should have. They have acknowledged that the mistake was on their side, but they are not taking any responsibility for it. No one responds, and I feel completely ignored after the sale. I would not recommend this dealership if you value honest communication and accountability.

My experience with the hole team at North Island Nissan - rogertrottier21

My experience with the hole team at North Island Nissan was very pleasurable. I am from Ontario making a purchase in British Columbia via e-mail, telephone ad facetime, for a used Titan truck. They where honest, respectful, courteous and fun to deal with. Kudos to Emma in sales going over and beyond her duties amazing young lady. She also made the arrangement in shipping the vehicle to me in Sudbury. Colton also in sales honest and very helpful. Then Brian in Finance making the sales transaction smooth and easy. They value their customer. The service does not stop here. Once delivered to the destination some issues came up and they acted on it correcting to customer satisfaction. I would recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle at this dealership.

Crazy upselling of maintenance services. - hedgesaver

Crazy upselling of maintenance services. I took my Rogue there for service... oil change and brake inspection and safety inspection. They called and said I needed a CVT fluid replacement. I didn't have the manual with me so I said yes. When I picked up the car I was shocked to see I was paying almost 400 dollars for the fluid replacement. When I got home I checked the manual and it said the replacement was not required.
