If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The customer service here is very weak. They were extremely welcoming at first, but only until the car was sold. After that, they stopped answering emails and any inquiries. Due to incorrect information that was their fault, I ended up paying over $3,000 more than I should have. They have acknowledged that the mistake was on their side, but they are not taking any responsibility for it. No one responds, and I feel completely ignored after the sale. I would not recommend this dealership if you value honest communication and accountability.
