After already dealing with paint defects, taillight - navjot

After already dealing with paint defects, taillight issues, and weeks without my brand-new 2025 Dodge Durango GT Plus, I returned for a headlight issue. I waited over 4 hours, only to be told the dealership would replace my headlight by taking one from another Durango in their showroom instead of ordering a proper new OEM part. When I asked for clarification, the General Manager, Alicia Lino, actually shouted at me, saying: “You didn’t buy a Lamborghini. This is the last thing I’m doing for you. Go sit and wait in service.” This is the kind of treatment I received after buying a brand-new vehicle. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Not only have I been left without my Durango for weeks, ignored by staff, and promised compensation ($500) that was never honored — now I am being openly disrespected by the dealership’s General Manager. If you are considering buying from this dealership, be very cautious. Their after-sales service is poor, communication is almost non-existent, and customer respect is clearly lacking.

Man, I was really excited to write a positive review of - Satchmo

Man, I was really excited to write a positive review of my experience buying a truck from this place. Alas, it’s not meant to be. I asked them to replace the two broken hinges on the back seat underside storage before purchase or at least get them remounted properly. They agreed in writing on the sales contract. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle they reneged on the agreement and my sales person, Bhavuk, said it would be “too expensive to replace the hinges”. Mind you, I just dropped 40 grand on the vehicle. I found the hinges online later that day for around a hundred dollars. Go Auto were too cheap to spring for a hundred dollar fix on a 40k sale. Bhavuk also told me that they had cleaned and detailed the vehicle yet the same crusty dime that was in the side pocket during my test drive was still there when I picked it up, same with the dirt in the speaker grill and the cobweb near the passenger door. I let both of these things slide because I thought I was happy with the vehicle overall. About a week after purchase the battery went in the truck. The battery dying was at the most inopportune time for me. Truck load of material and a ferry to catch. When I called them about it - they offered to bring the truck in and fix it the following week which wouldn’t work due to the time sensitive nature of my situation. I took it into a different garage and they explained that there was zero chance that the dealership didn’t know the age of the battery and health of the battery if they had done all the tests they said they had. I ended up paying $500 out of pocket for the mess around and missed my reserved ferry (which cost me an additional $110) To say I am unimpressed by Go Auto is an understatement. This is an establishment where all they want to do is get your money and get you out the door. Consequences be damned. The experience has definitely left me with a sour feeling after having dropped so much of my hard earned money with them. I would ask that others be wary of their sales pitches and their “promises” as they certainly didn’t come through for me.

I’m in Victoria BC I made an appointment two days ago to - Cheryl02west

I’m in Victoria BC I made an appointment two days ago to get a headlight on my Dodge ram truck today. I go in there and they look at me like oh we don’t know if we’ll have time. You might have to keep your truck on the weekend so we can put your light in And then the guy asked the other guy how long will it take to put her light in and the guy said oh probably about close to an hour and then the service guy was talking to at the counter said oh do we have a lightbulb? Their attitude was what am I doing? Asking them for a new lightbulb in my Truck I ended up just walking out so upset Friday. Maybe they all wanted the weekend off but I was paying for service why they weren’t welcoming. I don’t understand it all. I know I was really upset. I felt through. They thought I shouldn’t be there, but I had an appointment two days in advance

Fantastic buying experience! - NP

Finally went to see the Alfa Romeo Giulia after having spent at least a year and half waiting for it. Ryan and Liam were probably the friendliest people we've ever dealt with at a car dealership. Although Liam was new in his role, his knowledge of the Giulia was exemplary. Ryan was extremely courteous and the car purchase process with him was arguably the nicest we've experienced. Both Liam and Ryan ended staying up late on their own volition to help finish up our paperwork....We also interacted with Joe and Tony subsequently, and their level of client care and responsiveness is similarly top notch. Highly recommend Joe, Ryan, Liam, Tony and the rest of the team at Fraser Valley Fiat and Alfa Romeo...
