The service team here is simply amazing!! My truck broke down on the way to Banff and called a few dealers in Canmore before finding this gem of a dealership. They quickly helped me organize everything and did the repairs quickly so I could get back on the road. What a fantastic place with wonderful staff! When I am ready for an upgrade I think I'm going to be looking at a Ram!!

The service Department on Nov 13th 2023 9:15am I dropped my Truck off for wheel Alignment. When I pick my Truck up at 3:30pm. I received my truck and pulled out of the bay and I started hear a ticking coming from my calliper. So I turned back and pulled into the bay where I went to talk with Seamus Toner to explain the sounds that’s coming from my calliper. He walk away to ask a coworker about it and then came back to me and told me there’s nothing he can do and that I have to figure it out myself! So I had to pull out of the bay and park in the parking lot and Jack up my Truck and take each wheel off and tighten the callipers. This complete xxxxxxxxx service. I’ve been coming here for 5years now and the experience make me thinking about not coming back… I would like also to make a comment about their survey they alway send out after service and I always do them. But this time I had a bad experience and now they don’t send it out!? Funny how that work. I’m a Vary loyal customer but this kinda service will couse me take my business elsewhere…

Doug in parts always goes over and above for me, if he can't find what I need, he knows who can. Thank-you, Doug. Brett in the shop explains things to me plainly, which I appreciate. My Nissan Frontier jack handle broke, looked it up on Nissan.ca and the price MSRP quoted was $13.25. Cochrane Nissan wants $19.88 for it, thats quite a difference - more than it should be.

They failed me as a customer. After my vehicle sat on their lot for 6 months waiting for a part, it developed never before seen engine issues. When I took it back for them to investigate, their prompt reply was that the engine was ruined and the only option was for a complete replacement. This didn't make sense to me so I towed the car at my own expense to get a second opinion from an independent mechanic. After relatively basic troubleshooting the cause of the issues was found and the problem component replaced. The car has never run better. I will never take any business to College Ford ever again.

Scott was kind enough to come and pick up my car and have it serviced with a replacement. Since I live in Okotoks, he drove here to pick up the car and when repaired, he drove back to Okotoks to deliver the car. Service was beyond expectations. Thank you Scott.
