Absolutely gouged by service. - JC

Absolutely gouged by service. Once my vehicle was in they kept adding more to the cost, leaving me no choice but to pay without any other options. The service manager Dale, was condescending and didn't bother to return any of my calls. I picked up my vehicle after paying the forced bill only to be told that the check engine light that was now on will go out on its own, or I can bring it in again another day. They wouldn't even check it right then while I was there. Had service done, and left with my check engine light on. While I was waiting in line another customer was complaining about having been forced to pay for additional charges as well. Apparently this is how this dealership nails people. Disgusted by the lack of professionalism and overcharging once you are cornered. Dale, you need to learn how to take responsibility and be accountable for your staff and yourself.

Added this dealer to the list of dodge dealers I will no longer take my vehicles to for repairs/ service. The communication between techs and service writers is terrible. They were more interested in selling parts than why I actually had my vehicle there in the first place.

had my truck taken in 2 months ago, for a oil change, and just checked my fluid today, and it was 2 + inches over the fill line, you guys have to hire people who know how to change oil in your own brand of truck without over filling it, i am glad that i didnt have a seal blown over the holidays.... i hope.... recommend you check your fluid level before you leave the yard with your truck, just goes to show you cant trust these guys' mechanics.

I highly recommend Scougall Motors. From the moment we entered the dealership everyone was so welcoming and so friendly. The service manager was just fantastic dealing with our 2016 Buick Encore engine light problem we encountered on our journey back home to BC. They got us in first thing and we were back on the road by 2:30 that afternoon. Adrian in parts was just super. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and management. They truly make you feel like you are in good hands.

I needed my automatic window switch replaced as mine was working intermittently. The service advisor, Laurie, was absolutely wonderful. While I knew I was there for a vehicle repair, Laurie kept the conversation friendly, while still professional. She is an asset to the company. Although Laurie was “doing her job”, I like to refer to her as my friend. Oh yeah, the service was great too! 🙂

Took my car to get fixed. Charged me over $700 for diagnostics told me it was going to cost over $5000 to fix. Took it to local mechanic and cost under $1000. The one thing they didn't diagnose but knew about was the problem not all their other xx. Do you always rip off women when they come there???

Merging down on ramp up to highway speed when I noticed a pronounced shimmy. Thought it might be a delaminating tire due to contact with a hidden curb in deep snow earlier in the week. Spoke with Ryan in service and he advised getting rid of the ice build up on my 20" alloy rims. $3.00 later at the spray and wash - problem solved. Thanks again Ryan.

Had the opportunity to use South Centre VW for my first service & windshield replacement on my 2022 VW Cross Sport. Jaden Mah (parts) was great, polite very precise and secured the windshield for me for the scheduled replacement later in the month. I was super happy with my interaction. Tyler Morin(service advisor) was equally happy to see me at 730am while it was -38 outside, explained scope of work, length of the repair, how to contact me for later in the day as well as ordering me a Uber to get me to work. Tyler also updated me on the repair as well as requesting approval on a service item that most dealerships in my past of just completed and charged me for, I approved the extra. I will be back, thanks for an amazing customer experience.
