We had an excellent experience working with Sam and Lina Morina at Infiniti South Edmonton. Having dealt with many salespeople and purchased several vehicles over the years, I can confidently say that Sam is one of the most honest and knowledgeable professionals I have met. His expertise and genuine approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. This is our second Infiniti vehicle, and we absolutely love it. Sam's recommendations were spot on, and we truly appreciate his guidance throughout the purchase. Lina was equally wonderful to work with. I bought an Infiniti qx 70 last august I dealt with a business manager named Courtney. When she couldn’t up sell on me on useless extras for the car that’s when she turned ignorant because she didn’t make her commission. She never answered my calls or responded to my multiple messages I left on her voicemail these people cared less about me because I payed cash so there weren’t making any extra money on top of the vehicle sale. I was very disappointed with how they treated me especially for a so called high end dealership and will never shop go auto again I don’t know if these people were racist against me but it sure showed by how they treated me.

If it is possible to leave a zero that would be rated to high for this dealership. We purchased a QX 30 through them and have had nothing but problems with the dealership. The latest just shows the core values that they adhere to which seems to be non-existent. Because of all the issues (too many to write about) they told the wife and sent an email saying that they would cover oil changes on her vehicle, why put something in writing that there is a trial for and then renege on the agreement. Yesterday the wife took the car in and Chen, the service manager, says nope we don't have to do that anymore because the last manager left. He took it to Sean the General manager and he said nope, not going to do it we don't care that this dealership agreed to it I'm the boss now and I don't. How incredibly noble and outstanding of him to do this. Don't ever purchase from these guys.
